How It Works

- Choose your preferred region, date, time window, and number of players.

- Your tee time will be secured from available online bookings, with courses selected from a pre-determined list we have built.

- Approximately 2 days prior to your round, we will reveal which course you’ll play by email.

Booking Rules

- Bookings must be made at least 12 hours prior to your preferred tee time. Booking later reduces availability and may result in a refund or an alternative date if a suitable tee time cannot be secured.

- While we aim to stick to our pre-determined course list, we may sometimes need to deviate to ensure you can play on your chosen date and time.

- Courses are randomised, so you may receive a course of higher or lower value than the price paid — you are paying for the mystery experience, not a specific course.

Winter & Course Conditions

- Tee times may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather.

- Some courses may require fairway mats, may be on temporary greens, or have other winter course adjustments; it is your responsibility to check course rules before play.

Other Important Information

- Includes one round of golf per player.

- Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if we cannot secure a tee time.

- Gift-wrapped options must be purchased 7 days prior to tee time.

- Secret Green Fees is solely a booking agent; we do not hold course partnerships.
